Lets start off each Monday with deep gratitude with a different guided meditation . 7:00 - 8:00pm.Eastern time zoom online No one will be turned away please if you cant afford the donation fee please contact me directly . You will be exploring and using different types of Mediations weekly . Taking time out for yourself and gain understanding and calming within.
